This just depicts what I do for after I’m done with a show – all of them are being recorded, and when I find time, are being uploaded to Mixcloud.
\nEach one gets a specific cover, and lately, also a specific title, which is being selected during listening to the recording.
Whenever I write a post about a show, I also add its playlist, an edited version of the cover, that is differently sized to better fit the blog posting format, and of corpse the Mixcloud embed.
\nImages for covers are usually dug up on Unsplash, or are takin from my local image archive, with all the catchwords that come up in my mind or association chains during listening to the resp. show.
\nTitles I use may be abstract, very directly related to the overall feeling of the show, or my classic “word play” scheme, ie. excessive association chains with some additional word plays included. The last one is actually the main method for creating titles for various blog posts
I may choose to add all the usual info, ie. site URLs, live show times, etc. pp., maybe also some rough info of the content of the specific show, but sometimes I dont bother .. to some extent, people just dont seem to care. Thats why I also only post selected playlists. Lately, interest seems to have picked up, so that I even consider to post a few .. very specifically selected .. playlists of shows on Instagram. That means more editing effort and picking a fitting image, that is still gonna go well together weith the shows regular cover image.
\nAnd of corpse, after uploading stuff to Mixcloud, creating the official post on here, and so on, there is a sharing orgy happening afterwards, to various “social” media and destinations. For this part, in the nearby future, there are plans to use a professional plugin (for WordPress) instead. As I’m a plugin developer myself, its obviously going to be a plugin I’m building myself, so to speak ![\"\ud83d\ude09\"](\"https://twemoji.classicpress.net/14/72x72/1f609.png\")
The story so far: About 4 weeks ago, I set out to find a proper helper to both depict the thought process that goes into developing a specific site element – in my case, the footer area of a shop.
\nEither collaborative whiteboards are not the tools I think they should be, or most of the competition didnt understand what they are, and either just built the basics and then stopped … or overloaded them with anything but the kitchen sink, to turn them into an shiny-looking excuse for not using Trello plus any kind of project managament tool in the first place.
\nThe different types of white board I found can be roughly sorted into 2, maybe 3 categories:
\nMost of these get the essential part of a whiteboard done – which is scribbling down some graphical stuff, taking a few notes, etc. They are built more or less for the usage on tablets, touch-enabled devices and also digitizer tablets, eg. tablets like the iPad (Pro), or convertible devices like the Lenovo / ThinkPad Yoga, Microsoft Surface or Dell XPS 13 2-in-1.
\nA few offer importing your own images, and sometimes also media embedding. Sometimes, there are export options, too. But you just could take a screenshot and be happy ever after. Interfaces vary, from looking rather dated (like mid to late 2000s), up to current “en vogue” flat visual styles.

\nConclusion: They are what they are – simple up to really decent helpers for online tutoring and enhancing an existing presentation, on specific types of devices.
